In this fascinating video to the left Dr. Igor Smirnov explains about himself  and his part in the discovery of Single File Aligned Water , which came about because of efforts by the Russian government to help those suffering with radiation poisoning emanating from Chernobyl (Dr. Smirnov graduated with his PhD the same year that the Chernobyl disaster occurred) and was involved in the studies that culminated in the creation MRET (i-H2O) technology for converting normal (tap or bottled) water into Single File Alignment.

About the Inventor of MRET Water

Dr. Igor Smirnov, Ph. D., is founder of Global Quantech, Inc., a US Biotechnology Research corporation. He is a member of Bioelectromagnetics Society, Association of American Engineers, and a member of The Society for Physical Regulation in Biology and Medicine.

Subsequent to the Chernobyl disaster (1986), as a newly graduated Russian scientist, Dr. Igor Smirnov was actively involved in advanced research regarding the influence of low frequency electromagnetic oscillations on living cellular structures that was conducted at St. Petersburg University, Russia. As a result of that research program he developed Molecular Resonance Effect technology (MRET). In 2000 Dr. Igor Smirnov was awarded with the US patent "Methods and Devices for Producing Activated Liquids and Methods of Use Thereof" for MRET Single File Water Alignment technology.

Dr. Smirnov developed the Molecular Resonance Effect Technology (MRET) Water Activator, also, patented in the USA on February 2000, Patent No.6022479.

Dr. Smirnov has licensed the distribution rights for MRET Water and MRET Shield technology to GIA Wellness for the US and many countries .
